(I put the context before the sleigh.)(Look a way[!]?)

Pour[^] Rudolf : In the spirit of accuracy this is even more disturbing.  Does the South Pole have reindeer?  I was hoping but unfortunately, it is another invasive meme.  I was hoping that the image of reindeer pulling a sleigh with a jolly penguin would untie[*] the tongue-in-cheek and unite the world.

[Still trying for the full context, but my unwritten analysis referred to above was that Carter had too much of a hands on approach to details, NOT that he was a disasterous president. He was a president with much to deal with.]

[Is there a conspiracy here? Why am I only able to get this in con_text? i.e. spin?

[Maybe my earlier misplaced theory was located above, in the Two Santa's and the perpetual grinch. Running to the people or from the clubs?]
